I waited for around 20 minutes just to be served, and when I finally was, the staff member was extremely rude and unhelpful. The attitude was unacceptable and made me feel very uncomfortable. The level of customer service was honestly terrible. Instead of helping, the employee spoke in a dismissive and disrespectful way. This is not how customers should be treated, especially after such a long wait. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I am also planning to take this further and make a formal complaint, as this kind of behaviour should not be ignored.
